1. Agreement
By using the SYNAUCTOR website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
SYNAUCTOR provides technology consulting, software platforms, and managed services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual statements of work or subscription agreements.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom deliverables created for clients become client property upon full payment. SYNAUCTOR retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and platform software including SynaAI.
4. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
